When you make a firm reservation you will be asked to pay a deposit, as we have found this to be in BOTH our interests - yours because you have a GUARANTEE that your room will be kept available even if you are arriving late (in which case we would ask you to keep us informed about your likely arrival time if it is after 19:00h, 7.00pm), and ours because we know that you are going to arrive. Normal arrival time is from 17:00h (5.00pm).

The amount of the deposit will be equivalent to the price of the room(s) for the first night, or a third of the total price, whichever is the higher. Where deposits are being sent, rather than secured by credit card, then they must be posted straight away. N.B. Refunds will only be made where the room(s) can be re-let. All rooms reserved will be charged for unless they can be re-let.
To make it easier to pay your deposit if you live outside France we accept payment in cash, English Sterling cheques, credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD), or by a credit transfer direct to our bank account.
On the morning of your departure we would ask you to vacate your room by 11:00.
